Beachfront Home

Get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and come to the Windward side of Oahu.

Please note:
-There's a third, 2 tenant-occupied unit onsite. The tenants do not access the lanai area unless absolutely necessary.
-Absolutely no unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time, day or night.
-The house is a 2 story house that has been converted into 2 units. The bottom level has a queen bedroom and a 2 twin bedroom that can be converted to a king upon request. The top unit is not connected internally. There is a set of stairs next to the hot tub to access the top unit which has a king bedroom and a twin bed in an alcove off of the top unit living room. This listing is for both the top and bottom units.
-Only the bedrooms have ac. The 3 bedrooms have window ac units.

This was the perfect place for our family to experience Hawaii. The view and beach access was incredible. Morning sunrise walks and coffee on the beach daily. The hosts thought of everything we had all we needed and more. The local area seemed safe and having a few places within walking distance was convenient for us. I could go on and on!

We wanted a place away from the crouds and chose this one. Its an hour from honolulu airport and not far from the North shore. Its a beautiful beach front property. It is actually 2 units you get when booking which was perfect for us to be vacation with our family but yet we were able to still have our own space. Host is very responsive. Thank you so much!

The house view was incredible..back patio has only steps to a beautiful quiet beach ..The front door shows the mountain in the close distance..The locals were absolutely amazing. Overall this is the house I would definitely choose to stay again. Although it is a hike to Waikiki it is well worth the solitude and relaxation away from the busy tourist side of the island.

A wonderful beachfront property. The place could use some updates. New window air, definitely. The upstairs electrical outlets in kitchen went out twice, which didn't allow for using kitchen appliances. The good new is that Tanya, who was awesome, came right over and fixed problem. Also, the hot plates, toaster oven, old and don't work well. Our son and family were in the downstairs unit, so we could use their kithen, which helped. The outdoor area is very nice. Washer and Dryer work well and is a great plus. I believe the unit is overpriced, but I know Hawaii waterfront properties are that way. All in all, a great vacation, Hau'ula is very relaxing. The bakery across the street is very good. Max and his wife nice people, We loved the community.

The split property worked great for my family of older teens and myself. Note the upstairs and downstairs are two units. I really enjoyed the quiet of upstairs. The washer/dryer are outside which is different from most places mainland, but were clean and convenient. We traveled around the island and enjoyed staying outside of Honolulu area.
