The first floor offers an open floor plan with two story entry way , eat-in cherry kitchen with granite countertops, double oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and seating for 14. Also, on the first floor an open formal dining room living room with floor to ceiling fireplace, 2 queen sleepers, and dining seating for 10,a full bathroom, a king size bedroom , a bunkroom, a laundry room, and mudroom. Walls of windows across front with sixty feet of deck overlooking bay and lake.The second floor has one king bedroom suite and 4 queen bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi. The lower level has one queen bedroom, a half bath, two bars, poker table, pool table, two-tier home theater with power seats, eight person hot tub , and outdoor shower. Outside there is a playground for kids, a permanent dock, a permanent covered power boat hoist, 12x18 building with living and dining area on the bay, fire pit, and much more !

My husband and I have been summering or residing in Fair Haven all of our lives. This property was my family's cottage until 1998 when my husband and I built a year round home here. We have lived here for the past 15 years with our 4 children.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family for 33 years. My husbands family's cottage is just 2 doors down and is how we met. My husband's family has been rooted in Fair Haven since it was established. My family has vacationed here for over 40 years and lived here for 31 years. We have enjoyed all Fair Haven has to offer and would now like to share those experiences with you.

What makes this property unique

This property was one of 10 parcels originally established in 1895 as The Imperial Club. The original founders created a unique place for members to enjoy their summers. That is why today our property is one of the only deep lots with gradual access to the bay. You will find the best views and some of the deepest water in all of Little Sodus Bay. Too many benefits to mention !
