Come, kick back and relax in this newly remodeled and very stylish townhome. This is one of the largest units in Casa Paloma I. Just bring your toothbrush, we have everything else!

Enjoy the comfortable furniture, speedy internet and 65" TV. If you should need it, there is also a dedicated workspace in the roomy office.

Enjoy the fenced backyard with beautiful citrus trees. Have cocktails or meals in the screened in front porch. Take a short walk to the in-community pool and hot tub. Best of all, take in the beautiful mountain views from the living room.

Please wipe up any spills on floors or counters
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not turn off outdoor water spigots or adjust timers as they control the drip system
Please leave washer door partially ajar after using to prevent mildew from accumulating
Please do not attempt any landscaping (tree trimming, plant trimming, weeding etc.) as the gardener comes once a month

My family of 4 stayed here in December 2025. The home was very clean and had everything that you could have needed. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and easy to find. It was very spacious, nice and open. Loved the closed in porch out front. The host Linda was super helpful with ideas of places to see and when I told her we were visiting my parents, she provided a map to easily walk right to their home from here! Will definitely look for this home again when we make a trip to Green Valley!
