We are walking distance to the Kiptopeke State Park which offers beautiful sunsets, boating, fishing, crabbing, walking/biking trails, and miles of beach front. In addition to the state park, Cape Charles offers a public beach, many restaurants and ice cream shops, and specialty shopping.

The Kiptopeke Condo community offers a first come first serve boat parking area.

Bedlinens and bath towels are provided and a starter pack of vacation essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap will be available.

We came in for a celebration of life for a family member and the home was perfect for my two cousins and myself. The home was absolutely beautiful and well stocked!
