The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash, including from bathrooms and put in outside bin on the side of the house.
Please do not leave ANY food behind, including sauce packets, spices, etc.
All bed linens can be placed in a pile on the bed, all towels go onto the shower floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
