The home sleeps 16 guests in real beds. One additional guest (up to 17 total) can use the pull-out sofa or ottoman bed.

Our base rate includes up to 16 guests.

An extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies for the 17th guest.

➤ What’s the bathroom layout?
There are 3 full bathrooms. One downstairs bath has both hallway and bedroom access (semi-ensuite), which works well for larger groups.

➤ Can we walk to the beach?
It’s about a 3-minute drive to La Jolla Shores Beach.
Some guests walk down for a workout and rideshare back up the hill 🚗🌊

➤ Can we bring pets?
Yes—pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
