Enjoy sweeping water views, vibrant sunsets, and ocean breezes from four private balconies and a stunning rooftop deck (no spiral stairs here!). An elevator makes every floor easily accessible — perfect for hauling luggage, groceries, or poolside snacks with ease.

Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living space with high ceilings, elegant coastal décor, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring professional-grade appliances, double ovens, a massive quartz island, wine fridge, and more. Gather around the oversized dining table or unwind with a movie on the 65” Smart TV.

The home offers three luxurious king suites with spa-like bathrooms, a twin room, and a bunk room perfect for kids. Each room features HDTVs, plush bedding, and ample storage.

The house is nearly brand new with high-end furnishings and is in a prime location. Our kids couldn't get enough of the pool and spa. The manager was great and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend for families!

This house is perfect for a larger group! Every room was beautiful - the kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms had toiletries / towels. Pool towels, sunscreen and beach wagon and chairs available, making our stay truly perfect! Great location to beach and restaurants and bars. We had an incredible stay at AMI Haven. The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, uncluttered and comfortable. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. My kids loved the pool and it was the perfect temperature. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, beach towels, etc! The elevator came in handy for moving luggage to the 3rd floor. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great home and wonderful location- easy walk to the beach and back. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, wagons and other beach equipment for us to use. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils . Enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the beach. We made use of all the different balconies and patios to hang out on, especially the rooftop! The only thing I would suggest is more pool towels. Otherwise everything was great - highly recommend!

We had THE BEST time staying at AMI HAVEN. Catie made our stay so wonderful by being there if we needed anything, and making sure we had everything before our stay! The house…A beautiful home that was comfortable and fun filled! Everything was so clean and organized! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the fun activities outside of the house that were nearby. I highly recommend staying at AMI Haven for your next AMI visit!

This beach house was absolutely amazing! The 5 spacious bedrooms and large living areas made it perfect for our group, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The pool and hot tub were a dream after long days at the beach, and the home had everything we could possibly need—from sunscreen to board games for rainy afternoons.The location couldn’t have been better—just two blocks from the beach—and the rooftop deck quickly became our favorite spot. Watching the sunrise with coffee and ending the day with a sunset drink up there was unforgettable.Catie, our host, was wonderful—she was always available for any questions and made the entire booking process simple and stress-free.We’ve been coming to Bradenton Beach for years, and this was hands down the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!
