Other things to note

Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, the local property manager will do their best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted on property.

Resort quiet hours 10p-7a

Due to severe allergies, we are unable to host pets in this unit.

Free, designated, on-site parking for 1 car in the parking lot right outside the building within a few steps. Maximum of 3 cars. (Oversized parking for RVs and boats available with notice!)

Condo overlooks the pool!  Please note you will be able to hear pool noise, music, etc.

Ring Video Doorbell at the front door.  No cameras view the inside of the property.

Please leave the house as you found it

If you open it, close it

If you break it, fix it

If you turn it on, turn it off

If you make a mess, clean it up

If you move it, put it back

All guests must have traveler insurance on their own for the duration of their stay
