Solid but Tough Location This house was in top-notch condition—clean, freshly painted, and fully functional with reliable AC and appliances. The host was welcoming and quick to respond to messages. Amenities included a nice kitchen, comfy beds, fast WiFi, and a backyard patio with a grill. However, the rougher neighborhood was a downside, with street noise (horns and shouting), litter, and a need for caution after dark—we opted for staying in at night and not leaving valuables in the car. If you value a well-maintained spot with a friendly host and can handle the urban grit, it's a good budget option.
