Located in a bright pedestrian street, crossing the street the Park Coulée Verte and at 5 minutes scenic walk to the sea through the Historic Old Nice.
A Unique area where everything is available just exiting the building: bakeries, gourmet food shops, antique markets, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainments, culture, all transportation.
Tram to the airport 20 minutes, train stations, buses at 5 minutes the apartment.

In Zen Om charming 1 bedroom open space apartment you will feel like home. The cozy space features a large and bright living area, a comfortable queen bed.
With electrical heat, iron, hairdryer provided, linen, towels. AC monobloc and fans. Nice bathroom with toilet. Open equipped small kitchen.

Why they chose this property
The apartment is located I believe in the best area of Old Nice. Although located in the heart of all entertainments, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, food boutiques, transportation, etc... it is quiet and very safe. I used to live happily there myself for 12 years and love my cosy apartment.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is very cosy, sunny, quiet, very well maintained, very clean, with a nice atmosphere. The living room is large with 2 windows, and smaller windows also in the bedroom area and bathroom. Therefore well ventilated. The area in Old Nice is unique and quiet, in front of the Garden Promenade du Paillon in a pedestrian area. There are 3 accesses possible to reach the apartment. Located at 5 minutes scenic walk to the sea, with just exiting the building all entertainments, shops and boutiques, transportation.
It is possible also to walk everywhere.
