🛶 ☀️ Welcome to your lakefront getaway on Milton 3 Ponds, Lebanon, Maine!

💦 Hot tub for 6 + fire pit are directly on the water offering relaxation + lakefront fun, big windows of lake views, gas fireplace + gas stove offer a cabin-style ambiance. June thru Aug, Fri to Fri rental.

Upstairs, you'll find a king bed + in 2nd bedroom 3 single beds.

🍹Dip your toes off the floating dock, catch some sun on the deck complete with rocking, swivel chairs + soak in the charm of Maine lake life...every season, every sunset!

Please note that swimming, boating, and any use of the waterfront or dock is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept all responsibility for your safety and the safety of your guests during your stay.

Children must be supervised at all times near the water.

Diving, rough play, or swimming while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.

Life jackets are strongly recommended for all water activities. Use of kayaks, paddleboards, or any watercraft is also at your own risk.

Everything about this rental was perfect for us! Clean, cozy, and right on the water. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), and the dock. The hosts were wonderful and we would definitely come back as we have friends in the area and it's just 10 minutes from their house.

Why they chose this property

I've always called Milton Three Ponds my 'Heaven on Earth.' The sunset is like no other, and the 4th of July celebration is a testament to the lake's strong community.

This property is directly on the water. There are only a few properties that face the sunset, and this is one of them.
