Renovated sunny single story with large yard near beach
Lovely single story 4 bedroom home with large back yard, perfect for entertaining family and friends. Located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood, the house is one mile to the beach and 1.5 miles to downtown Huntington Beach restaurants and shopping. Because we live in our home part of the year, it is well equipped with everything you"ll need - lots of kitchen items (including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender), linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cruisers, beach blankets, cooler, etc. There is a gas grill in the back yard as well as ample patio furniture. The house includes a Sonos system, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, and speedy wifi. There is also a tidy, attached 2-car garage.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own full bathroom with shower, dual sinks and two closets. Sliding doors provide direct access to the back yard. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have queen beds and large closets. Bedroom 4 can also serve as an office as there is a desk, office chair and printer. There is a hall bathroom with large shower.
The family room is just off the kitchen and includes a large leather sectional couch with sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper is queen sized with a mattress that includes an inflatable topper so it is very comfortable. The family room includes a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The living and dining room are equipped with a lot of seating and another large flat screen TV.
We do not have central AC but there is localized AC for the primary bedroom and ceiling fans in the family room, living room and master bedroom. Lots of windows and the ocean breezes help to cool the house. We love our home and hope you will too.
We have a minimum stay of 31 nights.
