Absolutely stunning 2-bedroom cottage in Fruitland Park.
Discover the beauty of Fruitland Park from this 2-bedroom cottage. Nestled in a peaceful setting yet easily accessible off the 441. This superb property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Unit A has been completely remodeled. Gorgeous yet comfortable living room and kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a walk-in closet and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed, a workstation, and a smart TV. Quaint fenced backyard with lounge chairs. Located next to Gardina Park and the Fruitland Park Community Center. Daily pool rates are $3 per person. Rent a kayak or take a boat tour at Lake Griffin State Park just minutes away. Walmart is just over 1 mile away. The Villages, Spanish Springs, UF Health Hospital, Great shopping, and a plethora of fantastic restaurants are all less than 10 miles away. Generally, a little over an hour from Orlando International Airport, depending on traffic. This beautiful space provides a memorable and comfortable stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.
