Communication with the host is an automated reply, we had an issue with flies with no response. The area is in a rough part of town but did not have any issues.

This was a great chose of location even though we were traveling for a sad occasion. it accommodated us all and allowed everyone to have their own bedroom. I stay in VRBOs across the country so just some constructive feedback for the owners. A plug in or near the downstairs bathroom would be great (that bathroom is too cold in winter but it's only a half bath so it was fine.) Add shelf or shelving to the shower (no where to put your soap etc.), and add hooks to hang towels/clothes. And please get rid of that too long, unsanitary shower curtain. Thank you.

This house is so amazing, had a lot of space and a spacious backyard where my son's enjoyed playing in. The bedrooms were pretty spacious and and the beds were very comfortable. It is very close to the Niagara Falls, tourist attractions and stores around it. I loved it.

The host was very rude and unprofessional. Threat to cancel my reservation after pointing out how dirty the house was with mice pops and insects inside. Don’t recommend. Very unprofessional and regret staying at this house. Would not recommend
