Dear Agata You know yourself what it was like. It's nice that you appreciate our communication with you and letting you and your ill husband come much earlier than our check-in hours. Our cleaning break is usually from 11 AM until 4 PM. After your mail suggesting that the situation was very serious, we let you come before 12 o'clock. Avalon buildings were built in the year 2000- we know many people who enjoy the Avalon architecture very much. You may or may not be in that group- there’s no accounting for taste ;) The swimming pool is not an Olympic sized swimming pool, however, it is big enough to fit all guests who are willing to swim. All pictures depict actual flat and were not changed in any way. The dimensions and detailed description of the apartment are available on our HomeAway profile. When we rent our flat we expect our guests to have read all the information provided. You must have known that there are only one bedroom and one bathroom- it is even mentioned in the title of the apartment. When you rent a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment you cannot expect to find more rooms there. You said that the apartment was small- it is actually one of the biggest 1 bedroom apartments in the Avalon Condominium, square feet wise. The dishwasher is not brand new but it is regularly checked for quality and has proven to be fully functional. We have no influence on the dust on the patio and windows- when it's windy it's natural for the dust to stay on outside surfaces. When you notified us of the dirty, in your opinion, surfaces we suggested that our cleaning service (that is available 24/7 on the condominium) could come and check, and potentially fix that. You decisively declined our offer. We have been renting another flat for over a year now- it is taken care of by the same cleaning service ever since we started. We are not able to verify if the described situation is true, however, a situation like that has never taken place before so we presume it's unlikely- especially because you notified us after a couple of hours (may we add- after lunch/dinner time). Our client's satisfaction is our priority. We offer apartment the way it is shown on our profile, in a very attractive and reasonable price. We hope your Florida vacation was enjoyable and only good memories remain.

Dear Hope- when you arrived you let us know that everything was perfectly fine. Only after 3 days of your stay you contacted us asking for a bucket and a mop, because you wanted to clean the floors. We provided that, additionally offering for the cleaning service to come by and sort it out. You declined our offer. Floors tend to get dirty after a couple days of use. The bedsheets are natural cotton and are cleaned after each stay- in our opinion that goes without saying, as it's the bare minimum. Natural cotton sometimes degrades after frequent washing and drying. All the things you have mentioned we would have been happy to sort out, had you notified us of them. This is why at the beginning of your stay we always ask our guests to let us know about any problems they might have. We cannot fix any issues without knowing about them.

Dear Courtney We are very pleased that you liked our apartment. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the weather. As soon as possible, a condo employee came to you and assessed the leak and reported it to the renovation team. The renovation company has already repaired the roof. It's a pity nature (rain) has caused you a problem that is independent of us. However, I would like to remind you that our apartment is designed for 2 people, and 5 people stayed in the apartment during your stay, which made other residents of the building uncomfortable - we informed you about it.

Dear Anne. Thank you very much for your review. We are glad that you spent a good time in our house and that our apartment met your requirements. You wrote that you were disturbed by your noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, we have no influence on how the other guests at the Avalon complex behave. Everyone should follow the condo regulations, but it can be different. We also have no influence on when and how the rubbish is thrown out. Thank you very much for your stay. Dorothy and Pete
