The unit was perfect for a stay for two. All needs were addressed in the design and preparation of the unit. Also, the unit was centrally located, within walking distance of everything. Loved it!
I stayed in this wonderful VRBO for two weeks and had zero issues. It was way cheaper, quieter, and cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Extra supplies were always available, and the loft layout was fabulous — living room and kitchen downstairs, with a full bedroom and bathroom upstairs plus tons of closet space.Best part was the location. Right in the middle of town and within walking distance to all the best restaurants, stores, and shops.12/10 would absolutely recommend.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The decor was modern and very functional. We employed the convenience of being in town with access to everything. We were in town for our granddaughter’s wedding. The bathroom, kitchen and dining area worked out very well! There were some minor sleeping inconveniences. The stairway from the street to the second floor is very long and steep. This was disclosed, so not a surprise. There was great dea of light that entered the bedroom. The window and door let in a great deal of light from the hallway. The skylights especially the one directly over the bed was a real shocker. We blocked those with painters tape and paper plates. Also the TV turned itself on in the middle of the night. The night we arrived we got some great help from our waitress at the Trails to Ales restaurant. One of the alarms was chirping so she had a man there who knew the restaurant help fix it. Great help! All in all a very good stay.Thank you!
We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away. A store with great olive oil/balsamic vinegar options is across the street and also sells authentic gelato. There is a brewery about 1/2 block away. We also traveled to Conneaut Lake (just over 30 miles away) to visit a winery/distillery. Katrina Percy, host, answered my many questions before we arrived. She was quite friendly and helpful in planning our stay.
