This is an amazing location close to Magnolia Plaza, Sawgrass Grove, Riverbend and Everglades Recreation, Hogeye Preserve, Edna's on the Green, Brownwood. If you like to swim, golf, do pickleball, tennis, RC cars and boats, bocce ball, shuffleboard, disc golf, fishing, etc.-this place is the area to be! And BOW WOW, we are pet friendly. There is a dog park close by and many beautiful pathways to walk. Outdoor cardio and strength fitness stations close by. Screened in front porch, glass enclosed lanai, and a Florida room. There is a large grill and kitchen supplies for foodies! If you like to mindfully enjoy your vacations, plenty of spaces in this house to find solitude. Our neighborhood is quiet and serene. We enjoy being a golf cart ride away from so many activities! It’s our dream location that we rent out while we are away at our jobs. So, it’s a HOME, not just a house!

Our property is located on an “isle.” So, there are multiple water views. Everywhere you walk is beautiful and we are close to 2 recreation centers along with many other area highlights!
