great cozy place ! Katie was great she even accommodated My lady and I at last minute. very peaceful and clean. and its something different my lady loved it. and everything is right there Sams club , ga stations smoke shops grocery stores, highly recommend and we will be back for another staycation

Is this a luxury stay rental? No. Is it a great rental for couple or single who needs a quiet, reasonably priced rental convenient to Jacksonville beaches, St Augustin, Mayo Clinic? Absolutely!!! This is a place we would definitely book again.

We loved our stay at Tiny House B! It’s tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to great restaurants and stores and the beach is 15 minutes away! The place was clean, nicely furnished and it was exactly what we needed for a nice getaway! Also the bed was very comfortable! Will definitely try to stay here again!

The place was absolutely beautiful. The bathroom could have used a little more attention around the toilet area and there was some stray hairs in the bathroom. The place was pretty well decorated and had all the necessary kitchen items one would need to prepare simple meals. The couch, was kind of small, but it is a tiny house and it was still comfortable as was the bed. There were plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets. The internet worked wonderfully, and it was very easy to adjust the temperature for the separate rooms to be equally comfortable in the day or at night. Parking was very easy and convenient. The area was very quiet and easy to navigate and find places to eat. I felt comfortable and safe my entire trip and the host was very polite and professional. I would stay again 8 out of 10 and would recommend.

Location was great. Cute little house, comfortable sleeping. We never did find a garbage bag or remote for the big tv. Was a little weird to have all the appliances to make coffee, except coffee. All in all it was fun.
