Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is quiet and great. This is where my granddaughters spent a lot of time on their weekends and is the place they still cherish great memories of. It is close to many restaurants, parks, shops, supermarkets, and many Vegas attractions.
What makes this property unique
The cul-de-sac makes it a peaceful place where I can enjoy great privacy. My next door neighbor is a kind man and my other neighbors are all great people. The layout of the house is wonderful and offers greats views from the second floor. The backyard will be your retreat space where you can enjoy your summer and winter nights loving the skyview and the amenities like the BBQ grill, the patio furniture, and the jacuzzi.
