Host is responsive, place is very basic and clean but on a busy street, so the traffic is a bit loud. Nice hot tub in the back yard.

Jay was communicative from the very beginning. When we arrived there was a parking spot for us. He greeted us and helped us enter the unit. It was very clean and as described.

Checkin was impeded by failure of the VRBO system at critical communication times but Jay made up for it with his excellent hospitality.
