Amazingly located, walking minutes from the famous Vanderbilt Beach, Naples Park, where the Ritz Carlton is located. Brand new heated, Zen salt water pool (so no harsh and unhealthy chemicals) with jacuzzi (hot tub) constructed January 2018. Immaculately maintained with European amenities. 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 5 brand new bicycles, new beach buggy, backpack lawn chairs, beach toys , gym equipment (weights, mats, bands, etc.) and more. European owner and management maintains home at an extremely high standard. Minutes from Mercardo shopping mall, centrally located, close drive to 5th Avenue. Monthly rentals only. Kindly note, Lola`s Cottage is a strictly No Smoking, No Pets Cottage. Although we adore pets, our son has a high pet and dust allergy. Monthly rentals only from January to end of March. Rest of the year, weekly minimum stays welcome. We are always making improvements to our lovely Cottage. We extended the travertine tiles in the pool area for more BBQ room in April, 2018. We also added a new walkway to Pool area and outdoor shower added. New total privacy fence was installed in May, 2018.

As Lola`s Cottage is owner managed, there will not no additional 20% management fee charged on top of your rental fee .
