Very nice house. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Check in was super easy and Kevin communicated instructions and expectations very well. My family had a great time and would definitely recommend Kevin’s home.

Great location! Minutes to the beach or minutes to food and shopping.House is near a busy street, so plan for road noise during commute hours.House is plenty big and spacious. There is enough space for groups to be in different parts of the house without being in the same “space”.Parking is easy, which is a bonus for leather groups.

This property was excellent! Beautiful house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large family room and a beautiful deck with views of ocean from every room. House is so close to beach, restaurants and shopping! Awesome thanksgiving week with family! Kitchen has two ovens and large island which was so handy. We loved it all!

The property was beautiful! Very clean and everything that was on the property ad was just like it said! SO nice that we could park our car in the beautiful garage - I want one like that now lol The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and so much storage for us. Didn't use many of the beach items in the garage, but it was so nice that they were offered. Even had two bikes! The views were beautiful from all areas, and the upstairs loft area was nice for the family and great views too. We did have to contact the host/owner a few times just with some questions and we got the answers almost immediately. Very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this property, children and adult friendly.

We had an incredible weekend here! The property is even better in person than in the photos—the decor was on point and comfortably accommodated our group of five adults. We especially appreciated the welcome book with local dining suggestions. The sunsets were breathtaking, and we loved watching the waves come in right from the balcony.Everything was seamless during our stay. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: the front keypad is quite sensitive, so the very first touch counts as your first digit. Once we figured that out, it was no problem at all. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
