We had an amazing time in this cabin. There are several levels (and stairs so we got our steps in!!) - on the first floor up there is a full 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and restroom - has a queen in the bedroom and a full queen pull out couch! The pull out couch has a Tempur-pedic mattress so it’s not uncomfortable. On the next floor there is a full living room and full bath and laundry and honestly one of the most comfortable sectionals I’ve ever sat on. On the next floor up is another full living room and two bedrooms - another full kitchen - a beautiful balcony and videos of the adorable neighborhood- and the back patio has a jacuzzi. On the last floor up a spiral staircase another queen size bed - full bath and office space. The neighborhood is incredible- it was quite the Neighbors we saw were all very friendly. Walking distance to Donner Lake and it took about 5-7 minutes to drive into truckee. Less than 30 minutes to Tahoe City and to Lake Tahoe .Absolutely amazing property and it was immaculate. 10/10

Our stay was magical! This has been one of our best rental experiences. We spend Christmas in Truckee with extended family every year. This home was able to accommodate all of us, including my sister-in-law’s dog. The common areas spacious and comfortable and we all had private quarters to retreat into. I’ve never been in a place with so many amenities provided. And there was even a Christmas tree with all sorts of Christmas decorations. We had the most amazing stay and would love to return. Our daughters were so sad to leave today. This stay was absolutely amazing.

We recently stayed at this beautiful Donner home, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Since it was a new listing with no reviews, we took a bit of a chance but we’re so glad we did! The photos don’t do it justice, this home is even more lovely in person.The layout was perfect for our two families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire house was spotless. Every little detail was thought of air fresheners, coffee and filters, well-stocked kitchen utensils, and more. It really felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Donner Lake and all of Truckee’s wonderful amenities. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!
