Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No additional guest(s) are allowed on the property at any time, without host approval.
- No smoking or burning of candles in the home or garage Any signs of smoking in the home will incur a minimum fee of $500
- If the hot tub requires a deep cleaning, water replacement, or chemical treatments, an additional fee will apply.

The home was in poor condition when we arrived. A step to the deck was completely missing. The handrail to the downstairs was unattached. The kitchen faucet was very loose. There was no way to turn the light on in the primary bedroom. And most importantly, the refrigerator/freezer was not working. We notified the host and most issues, including a new, working fridge, were taken care of the next day.
