Wow! Not only is the property top notch but we were totally blown away with the communication and over the top customer service! Every little thing was Perfect! The location was amazing the pool and views were awesome! I can’t imagine a better experience! We felt safe and welcomed by everyone around us. We are all rested and ready to face the world! We will be back!

"My daughters, granddaughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Never met the host but didn't need to as there were no issues or questions that needed to be addressed. The owner was responsive, friendly, and helpful! The check-in/out process incredibly smooth. Missed the grill that was in the condo description but wasn't there but everything else was awesome!!"

Great Place Playa Del Carmen

Place was amazing. My family and I had a great time. Very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely felt like a real vacation. Sol the host was very attentive and responded to our needs fast.

Fantastic Vacation

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was spotless and exactly as shown. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable ,it was just what we were looking for. The pool and bar area was wonderful and the beach was very nice. We would definitely go back.

This unit is exactly as described and more. I wondered why it had 64 reviews and all were quite positive. As has been mentioned Sam is a great host. Communicated prior to help arrange our private transport. We were fortunate enough to meet him as well. He arranged a trusted taxi service to take the kids to a club event in Cancun then home again. We will return as this area is very safe with security guards. Proximity to 5th ave and Cozumel Ferry could not be better. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the unit. Now back to reality with a snow event here in Canada.. Thanks SamThe Sicards

Beautiful

The condo was clean and roomy for our family. Communication was easy and timely. We were very comfortable here and would recommend it to others. The property is right on the beach with beach access, pools and an easy, short walk to the main street (Quinta Avenida). We wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent Location - Wonderful Property

The condo was just as advertised. LOTS of space and huge kitchen and literally everything you need. Views are spectacular and we very much enjoyed the pool area and swim up bar. Bar tenders were great and fun to talk to. Can't beat this location on the beach. Highly recommend.

Paradise

Perfect location close five minute walk to town restaurants and night life if you want the night life but far enough away if you do not. Spacious with everything you need for cooking meals including a blender for margaritas on the balcony overlooking the turquoise waters.
