Waterfront with access to beach and boat life. Southdown offers 4,000 ft of shoreline as well as tennis, raquetball, basketball and green space that you could ask for.
What makes this property unique
It's our home away from home and such it is extremely comfortable and well appointed. We have a large extended family and love having everyone together to enjoy the summer and winter activities. We are on the lake with Gunstock mountain resort a short 10 minute drive for all the winter skiing and snowboarding.
