The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load and start dishwasher before leaving. Collect all wet/used towels and place on bathroom floor or in front of laundry.
Turn of all lights/tvs , lock doors and return any keys to the box.
Remove trash from kitchen and place in the bin out back. If you had a pet on reservation, please make sure you have cleaned up after the pet in the front and back yard
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$150 charge for any missing keys at checkout. load and start dishwasher before leaving. Remove all kitchen trash and place in bin outside.
The stair case in this home is original and over 100 years old. It is a steep stair case. Please use caution-no climbing or hanging from staircase
Trash collection is early Tuesday mornings. If your stay falls on a Monday evening, please place trash can at the end of the driveway and return it.
