Only a seashell's throw away from the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach, this is a newly renovated (post 2020 hurricane season) seaside getaway. Clean, cozy, and fully furnished we want you to make this your home away from home to get away from the bustle of the world. Unless you like that sort of thing, then the Pensacola Beach Trolley will happily whisk you into the surfing, shopping, and nightlife at the heart of the beach.

The location was excellent! We were looking for something close to the beach without having to drive or cross any streets, this was ideal for that. We enjoyed our stay so much that we were able to extend it for one more night. We were very impressed that everything you needed for the beach was provided (umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for the children, etc). Our host, Bill, was extremely professional, easy to contact and tended to all our needs immediately!We would highly recommend his condo for your beach stay!

This was our second time staying here, and it’s the perfect spot. Very short walk to the beach, lower crowds than the big condos, and well kept property. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

If you’re going to Pensacola there is no where else I’d stay! This is perfect and I could not say one bad thing regarding it. Our family felt so at home. We cried when we had to leave. We vacation often and hands down this place is nothing but perfect.

10 year anniversary

My husband and I booked this condo for our anniversary this May. It was very clean and not a far walk at all to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful and the beach isn’t too busy. It was perfect for our stay. I will definitely book again!!

Like a second home

My family and I have used this condo for 4 years in a row to close out our summer. My kids look forward to going every year. The condo is always clean and the owners are very responsive with all communication. We can't wait to go back next summer.
