The property was clean, comfortable, and centrally-located. Just make sure to bring soap + shampoo as the property does not provide them. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Provincetown!

Friends Weekend

Three couples stayed for a long weekend. The property is small, but beautifully renovated. It had everything we needed, including a wonderful back patio. Two blocks off of Commercial, this is an excellent location that is close to everything and yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful getaway.

Perfect!

Perfect location and perfect size for family of four. Being able to walk to grocery store made it easy for us to cook our own meals. Very close to all beaches and Commercial St. as well. Everything was in good working order.

The apartment was wonderful. True 3 bedroom, 2 bath. There was a grill on the back patio which we used a few times during our stay. The location couldnt be better. Quick walk to commercial street. The driveway was a bit narrow to park in and it took some manouvering to get out of the car but great to have a parking space in the town and not worry about the car. All in all 10 out of 10.

PTown Carnival 2024

Where to begin? This property checked all the boxes for the perfect stay over the week of Carnival in PTown. The location is unmatched - a few steps from Mussel Beach gym, Liz’s cafe, and PTown Bikes, and a short walk to the grocery store, Boat Slip for tea and all the main hot spots for day and nighttime activities. The unit was clean, updated, and spacious for our group of 4-6 friends. We will definitely be booking this same unit for future visits.

Stylish Apartment Walking Distance to Commercial

Overall loved the apartment - I have rented many places in Provincetown before this one lacked some of the basic items you would normally find at rental properties (ie: condiments, working ice maker etc...) Also there were so many notes around the apartment to REMOVE YOUR SHOES. Yes I get it - owner wants to keep the floors clean - don't need to be told that over and over again. Overall had a nice weekend!

We pride ourselves on keeping it very clean for guests, and while we do not currently stock condiments, perhaps it is something we will consider for the future. We do provide fresh linens and towels for each reservation, so that guests do not need to worry about packing them in their luggage (many Cape Cod rentals do not provide this service.) Nice Place

This was an overall beautiful place to stay. Downside the back patio very small and weeds growing through deck. Only allowed person are renters to capacity which is 6 persons. If your traveling in a group with friends whom stayed across the street this isn't the place for you to host any dinners as they are specific to capacity. If you smoke this isn't the place for you as there is NO Smoking on property. You have to stand in the street to smoke like an imbecile. If you can agreed to all of this like we did you won't be disappointed.

Girls Weekend away for 50th Birthday

The description of the property was exactly as is....Cozy, clean, intimate, simple, updated, great location to Commercial Street, yet a quiet, peaceful, side street. 6 girlfriends celebrating was plenty of room to sleep, eat and gather. DelMar staff were responsive and excellent to work with. Only down fall... one small parking space at the property. Which was difficult to maneuver in and out of.

Close, Clean, and Convenient

The door code was sent via email-so access was easy. It was clean and lived up to its listing. It was close to everything-just a short walk (one block) from the action, yet quiet. Only downfall was there just isn’t enough seating in the living room-but hey! It’s a vacation- so we all shouldn’t be in front of the tv anyway. I’d definitely would book this property again!

Amazing!

We (four adults and two small children) had an absolutely amazing stay here! The location is perfect, a short walk from Commercial Street in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The communication and check in process was super easy. The home was clean and had everything we needed, including bedding and plenty of bath towels. This will be my go-to rental in Ptown now!

Great Weekend Away!

Stayed here with a couple of friends and had a wonderful time. The apartment is modern, clean and beautiful. Great location near the center of town and short walk to everything. The one parking spot is very small, however. Probably find for a compact car, but my minivan barely fit in the spot.

Nice quiet place to stay

This place was great. Enough room for everyone. Very nice full bathrooms with nice roomy showers. Full size fridge, grill, pots pans and dishes. I would definitely rent here again. If you have 6 in your party you may not all fit on the couch four people can fit comfortably. Just some advice the bed in the main bedroom with the attached bathroom is very low to the ground. If someone has a hard time getting up from low seating just be aware. The other beds are higher but the bathroom is not attached. The front step to get into the house is a bit high. Our party of 4 managed really well. We found the area very quiet at night. The other good thing is there are 2 free parking spots in front of the rental if you get in earlier enough you can beat the crowd and park in one, there is also one up the street that is free parking. There is only one tv in the place so if you have kids maybe bring tablets for them ( free wifi). There are many spices to cook with, but no condiments on the fridge so bring some if you are cooking. There is a great little breakfast place diagonally across the street Liz's cafe. Has great meals if you dont feel like cooking. This is a great place, I would stay here again in the future.

Awesome time in P Town

The house was perfect for our family of five, three teen boys. Perfect distance from town, easily walkable (3-5 min to main drag) but Far enough away to be very quiet in the evening and morning. Hassle Free - Perfect Location

This property was absolutely perfect for our small group. Everything was exactly as described, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location cannot be beat. We were so close to everything in town that we saved on having to rent bicycles for the week! The check-in process and communication throughout the stay were incredibly easy. Also, the apartment is handsomely decorated, and we felt at ease immediately.

Perfect stay

We are a family of 5 with a teen and twin 6 year olds. Check in was a breeze, and had I checked my messages we could have even checked in earlier than anticipated - but we were too busy enjoying the beauty of the National Seashore. We loved the fact that everything we needed was within walking - including a supermarket! It was really awesome to be able to walk into town so quickly for dinner, drinks, strolls and shopping. We enjoyed a whale watch that we also were able to walk to - and with the cost of parking, it was nice to just be able to leave the car behind. I also loved that the beaches were so close and abundant. We could walk to some, or drive to the seashore. The home’s contemporary style and clean lines were right up my alley. And I loved having the nice, porch area to sit outside at night.

P town bliss

This property is beautiful, quiet, and clean! Extremely close to the center of town and a very short walk from commercial street. I was even allowed to check in 4 hours early which was extremely helpful! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully rent this house again. CANT WAIT
