Welcome to our lovely townhouse in Vista Cay recently Fully renovated (08/01/2025), without a doubt the best location in all Orlando!
Sleeping 08 comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.
The Space:
The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 8. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal
BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens Also a 2nd bedroom with 1 Full Bed and Twin Bunk bed with en-suite bathroom, On the 1st floor is 3rd bedroom with 1 King bed and en-suite bathroom and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away.
GAME ROOM
On the first floor we have a Super Mario Theme Game room

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and to the new Theme park Epic Universe only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

It’s rare to find a 3-bedroom unit with 3 separate bathrooms, so that was a big plus for our stay. The unit was very clean and recently renovated, with modern finishes that made everything feel fresh and comfortable.The Super Mario–themed bedroom is fantastic if you have a Mario fan in the family, and the Super Mario game room shows great attention to detail. It’s a really fun space to hang out and adds a lot of character to the property.The location is excellent...about as close to Epic Universe as you can get, which made getting to the park incredibly convenient.Although we didn’t end up using it, the property also has a very nice pool area and a walking trail around a lake/pond, which looked like a great place to relax.Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Great location to Universal and kids will love the Mario themed room and play room. The host was very slow respond to simple messages and you could tell they were more AI generated than a personal response. Especially loved the message about the requested early check in that came two hours after the time he said we could check in. A few blinds had slats missing, one cabinet had drawers that wouldn’t stay shut and one TV was programmed in a different language that caused a lot of headache. I would still recommend this for the location but not for the service .
