Ground level 1-bedroom condo right in the heart of Edgartown! Sleeps three!
The space offers 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a smart TV and convenient murphy bed, along with a back porch overlooking a tranquil shared backyard.
The location is walking distance to everything downtown has to offer - restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the movie theater, and the VTA bus, which is free to ride and can take you everywhere on island during your stay. Plus Fuller or Lighthouse Beach are minutes away on foot or bike. There is a common use bike rack on the property.
You do not need a bike or vehicle for this rental, as it is so conveniently located! Take a taxi, uber, or bus from the boat to Edgartown and you're good to go!
If you drive, we do offer one parking space right outside the unit's door for a small to regular sized car. It is narrow so please avoid oversized SUVs, vans, or trucks:)

We loved the stay! Phenomenal location, well appointed condo and beautifully decorated! Loved the front and back porch areas that offered a different experience in each locale! Laura was awesome and we definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my stay at this cute condo in Edgartown! The location is ideal - an easy walk to town, the bus stop, and the beach, with everything you might need close by. The condo is well-appointed, and the one time I needed something that wasn't on-site, the host brought it over within the hour. I was so impressed. They communicated clearly throughout and made sure I had everything to feel comfortable and settled. It's a perfect spot for one or two people, or a couple with a young child. Plus, it's easy to get around on foot, and no car required.

We had the BEST experience with our stay! The owner was incredibly responsive prior to our stay and during our stay. The place was well appointed with plenty of household items and toiletries (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.), which made the stay that much easier/enjoyable. It was also really appreciated to have other handy items like beach towels, beach chairs, and ice packs to make trips to the beach nicely fulfilled. We highly recommend this property to other couples or small families and the owner was truly a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to book again!

Well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The private deck opposite the fountain was a great place to unwind before the next adventure. And the location really can't be beat - steps away from everything in Edgartown and from the transit station with busses going everywhere we wanted to go. Great experience all around!
