We had a wonderful time and this little gem was just what my family of 4 needed. It was very comfortable, clean and all was good! Very convenient location without being on the busier streets. Purple Sage was a lovely get away! The duplex is nicely appointed with thoughtful amenities for travelers (robes, towels, kitchen basics). Walking to downtown was a daily ritual. Perfect location.

Absolutely wonderful home! It’s easily walkable to nearly everything in Durango. The house was SUPER clean and nice, and perfect size for anywhere from 1 to 4 people. Victoria, the host, was wonderful to work with and was extremely responsive. What a great place! I come to Durango regularly, and will definitely be staying here again if I can.

The home was clean, warm, and cozy—ideal for a family of three, with heated bathroom tile adding extra comfort. It was well stocked with extra blankets, towels, and washcloths, and had everything needed for a home-away-from-home stay. We absolutely loved this charming duplex in the heart of town. Everything felt within easy reach - morning coffee, great restaurants, shops, entertainment, and even scenic trails just a short walk away. The location made it easy to enjoy Durango, with the resort only about 20–25 minutes away. The property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure our stay was seamless. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect place to come back to after all of our adventures on this trip! Everything we needed was there and we loved being able to walk around since we were so close to so much! I would recommend staying here!
