Family Weekend

We took our children and grandchildren away for a long holiday weekend. The house is very spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out. Along with the ten bedrooms and six bathrooms, three are three sitting areas to watch TV or play a game. Book it!

Stayed here for our annual "girls shopping weekend' last January. The owner was so great. The house is amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you could ever need. Will rent again for sure!

Wedding weekend

Perfect accommodations for our large family to gather and get ready for my daughters wedding. Plenty of space to gather as a group but also lots of areas for smaller quiet time when needed. Easy access off main road. Definitely recommend for large groups.

Spacious Compound

This house is part of a compound of big homes. It was fun to meet the neighborhood of renters. The location is close to town and nearby hikes. Ned was accommodating.

Long weekend getaway

Property was amazing! The house was perfect for our group, plenty of options to be together with everyone or peel off and do your own thing. My only suggestion would be a an additional couch in the upstairs living area,, a few people sat on the floor. But overall this place was beautiful with zero complaints. Our group will be booking again next year for sure!

we loved it!!

OMG what a beautiful place!! It was like staying in a book out of a novel. Our family had such a great time. We went tubing at Mt. Cranmore and tried their new mountain coaster. It was so much fun for the family time. Lots of restaurants in the area and horse sleigh rides, dog sledding, ice skating and rock climbing. We can't wait to go back to our favorite place here and enjoy the area further!!!!

Amazing place for a large group of friends skiing at Attitash

As described. Very spacious unit for private sleepig arrangements. We were five families and had a blast. The kids (10 to17) really enjoyed the gameroom and the hot tub. The owner was great - we had a snow strom and the place was shoveled eraly in the morning so we could get the cars out for skiing. Thanks for a great weekend.

Perfect for Family/Friend Reunion

This gave plenty of space for adults and kids alike. Great set up and location. A few minor issues with ice machine, missing oven rack, etc. Ned brought a new toaster over within the hour when we let him know the one there didn't toast the bread. We found him very nice to deal with and responsive. I would rent there again.

Great for Large Groups

We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the house as well as the space. It was perfect for a large group. We had 21 and everyone had plenty of room. We did encounter some small problems that I assume are from wear and tear of a rental property such as missing toilet paper holders, missing handles on dressers, missing knobs on the oven and the refrigerator leaked but these are things that can be addressed easily enough. Overall we had a great trip.

Outstanding House

We rented this house over Columbus Day Weekend. All I have to say is wow!!! This house is in a perfect location. It has every amenity you could ask for and more. We had three families share the property and had a ball. I would recommend this property to anyone. In addition, the owner Ned is only too willing to help and support should the need arise. He was a pleasure to rent from. Please look no further than this house when looking to rent in North Conway. The location, standard and amenities were awesome. We will be back again next year.

Not What We Expected - Overpriced!

The property is dated and poorly stocked. The bedding is terrible, not enough seating in the living areas for a house that sleeps 21. The kitchen is poorly stocked, has only one oven rack, the iron doesn’t work, the jets on the hot tub don’t work, there was only six washcloths, the carpet is worn. The kids did enjoy the game room and the location was great.

Family Celebration

There were 17 of us in this property and everyone had adequate space to spread out. The common areas were many and afforded us the ability to gather in one big group to watch LSU football, and many other areas to break-out into small groups for enjoying the game room, watching the Patriots or cartoons. Our guests came from as far away as Louisiana and several had never been to NH. The location is fabulous -- minutes walk to Kahuna Laguna indoor waterpark and a short 15 minute drive to Storyland for our young guests; short walk to the North Conway Village area for shopping, dining and the train ride. Behind the property across the road is a wooded trail that leads out to the paved rail trail. Beautiful walking area. Outlet shopping and regional touring very close by. Excellent location and property host. Ned was quick to respond when we had questions. We hope to book again.

Great weekend with friends 5 star!!!!

This place was incredible! My good friend rents here with her family and she knew we would all love it. She was right. It is the most spacious place that was decorated in a very warm atmosphere. Bedrooms were all beautifully decorated too. Place was so clean and new. We enjoyed our view of the mountains as we were there for peak fall colors! Everything was in working order so there was no need to contact owner. Place is so well maintained you can be comforted by not having to worry about anything. 2 livingrooms, huge game room, gas fireplaces, washer and dryers....all ammenties you could possibly ever need. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. Look forward to going again.
