Communicative host. Easy access to building and unit with a guard in the lobby. Easy walking distance to Broadway and other places to go and see. Awesome patio with a great city view. Unit was spotless and comfortable.

This property was absolutely amazing the pictures didn't quite do it the justice it deserves. Our host was wonderful and responded within moments of emails/ text. The balcony had an amazing view of the Nashville Skyline. And it was on the quiet side of the building so when it was time to sleep we heard nothing outside. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo and building were nice. Downloading the door app and figuring that out was a little bit of a pain, but once done it worked well. The Host response time was quick so no complaints. The balcony was large and fun to hang out on, but there is no barrier between the other balconies so absolutely no privacy when you out there if people on their balcony.

Very nice property. Went to the pool on the first day and it was very crowded. There is a homeless shelter right down the street. Didn’t have any issues but should be aware of this.

Beautiful property, location was extremely convenient. Not directly in the thick of things but a short walk or scooter rental gets you on Broadway in minutes. Highly recommend!!

Walkable location to the Gulch, Hall of Fame, Broadway. We stayed with 5 adults and plenty of space. Easy check-in with remote access. Basics: soap , shampoos, detergent , Keurig coffee to get you thru a long weekend. Publix about 5-7 min drive if you need groceries. Luggage storage on site for check out day which was very helpful with a later afternoon flight.If staying with smaller children, be aware that a few surrounding streets have a number of homeless . Mission/ shelter is close by. Similar to any city, just an FYI. No issues for us and fair number of visitors walking in the area.Decor was fun!

Christina is an excellent host with a top-notch property.I traveled to Nashville for business and had my family with me. This property is beautiful and was perfect for us. It's very close to Broadway, exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything was top notch.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, including paper towels and laundry detergent. Everything was perfect.To further highlight how awesome our host was, we had unusual travel times that made our check-in and check-out completely out of alignment with the penthouse's standard schedule. This meant we would have been stuck at the airport with kids and luggage for more than eight hours. Christina graciously accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, making our travel to and from the airport smooth and stress-free (especially with kids and luggage).Christina, my whole family thanks you for this awesome experience and wonderful property. You are a top-notch host, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us.Highly recommended this host and this property to anyone traveling with family or for work!

Suite was great - lots of room for the 4 of us. Christina was very easy to communicate with. Only took about 15mins to walk to Broadway and weather was perfect so it worked out. The only place we had to uber to was the airport and the Oprey. Everything else was all close together.

I will say the owner was great with communicating with me prior to arrival. Had a problem with the door locking system so we had to miss our night at the Bluebird in order to go pick up a physical key to get into the unit. The condo is clean and well furnished and does have a nice view of the skyline; however, the master bedroom has a very small bathroom with 1 sink so my husband and I had to alternate getting ready in the mornings. What I think any future renters should know is that this property is more Gulch adjacent - around a 15-20 min walk to stores and restaurants - and about a 15-20 min walk to Broadway. It is also right next to 2 homeless shelters that you will pass by in any direction.

Great girls trip. Location was convenient to Gulch and Downtown. Less than a 10 Uber drive. Condo was so clean and great amenities.Pool and pool area were nice. But it is right next to tracks… so loud.
