Skiing at Breck

Comfortable, enough space for a family, has everything needed. We had a car, short drive to either free airport lot, or paid one by gondola.

Best of the Rockies!

Well appointed, easy-living condo layout on the first floor makes it feel like you are camping with all the amenities of home. Great location. Close to town but not in it. Hiking trails everywhere. Enjoy the rocks, trees, and flowers from the patio and for fishing, the Blue River is a short walk down the street. Perfectly delivers the best of Rocky Mountain summer experiences.

Quiet Place Close to Breck

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed. The livingroom was cozy and comfortable with the beautiful fireplace. It is in a quiet subdivision with quick access to Breck. The two patios would be great in Summer. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing. It was clean, spacious, and we had it all to ourselves at the end of the day.

Did not like fact that hot tub was closed for maintenance - apparently for more than 2 weeks. The apartment was very dry, so we had to turn down the heat at night.

We had a great time except that we did not use the Jacuzzi as we would like to (daily after skiing to help our body recovery) it was not clean!

We loved this condo! The space was perfect for a family of four. The showers were always hot, the kitchen was perfect for cooking nightly meals and the hot tub near the condo was a huge plus. I wish I could give this place 4.7 stars, but the beds just weren’t comfortable. Other than that, it was a great stay!

There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms giving us space from our teenage daughter. The gas fireplace was perfect after a day of skiing and heated up the condo quickly. The kitchen wired well and had all the main supplies. Location was perfect for Breck and Keystone. We even skied Vail and Beaver Creek and it was nice to be close to 70 to hop on and off. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The accommodations were great and the condo was clean and well maintained. The property management team was amazing, kudos to Travis particularly! We know where to stay from now on any time we’re in Colorado, the unit is conveniently located and close enough to the slopes for ski time and apres-ski fun. Parking was plentiful and the ground floor unit was a must. We cooked in the ample kitchen almost every meal and everything was at hand that we needed. A great way to enjoy much needed family time, many thanks to the owners of unit 701!

This was a nice place to say. It was very clean, and roomy. It is a short distance to Frisco… Also close to Breckenridge ski resorts. Our favorite ski resort was A- basin! Overall I would come back or recommend.
