Read Home House Rules fireplace. No water activities allowed without Lifejackets ALL ages. Lifejackets are box on dock. No diving! Use slide OWN risk No smoking or drugs property
Emergency contact in guest books and Terry Vance is co-host if you need assistance. Fire ext under sinks. Turn off gas to inside fireplace if you use it!
Take off shoes in home. Wash feet off outside after lake. When checking out heat to 65 and AC to 80. No pets. Home is limited to 8 guest including children. No smoking, drugs on property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

We love the Lake. It is opportunity to relax yet have active fun. We have amazing sunrises and peaceful sunsets. We have created spaces in this home to get alone and chill or have groups to picnic and fellowship. Our 2 docks are serene. All your water activities,including boating, can be done right off the front of house or docks.

What makes this property unique

This property sits on a Peninsula surrounded by 3 sides of deep water and main channel. Privacy is super here. It has 2 full living/kitchen spaces that 2 families or couples can be together yet have their own space. We have a game room that has ping ping and all your water toys that go right out to the lake. Floor is concrete so kids can have fun in this room. We have 2.2 acres to run. Throw football, shoot baskets at the hoop. We live on main channel but also have several private calm coves for fishing and kayaking.
