Our family enjoyed a comfortable and secure stay at this property. The well-appointed kitchen, featuring modern appliances and excellent hot water, perfectly complemented the two spacious living areas. Its prime location offers convenient walking access to the ULM campus, including athletic facilities, on a recently repaved street.The outdoor space includes a private, bamboo-lined backyard and a large carport providing sheltered access to the laundry room, which boasts new appliances (note: the door can be stiff). Inside, beds were comfortable, and the functional bathrooms maintained an appealing old-school charm. We appreciated the effective air conditioning and good insulation throughout. The master suite was particularly pleasant, offering natural light, a spacious and clean bathroom, and thoughtful amenities like a deep tub and specialty towels.For future enhancements, we suggest addressing the sticky laundry room door, and installing a peephole on the main entry door for added security.

The beds were very comfortable. The house was roomy and the amenities were fantastic. The only complaint would be the bathrooms, especially the master. They are very outdated. The master looks just as pictured.
