Great property! Property was great, we had our wedding here and it was set up perfectly for celebrating. Being the first event, there were some challenges to navigating the property but host was very helpful. Great property to enjoy others company and the nature that surrounds you. Space was great!

Everything about this place was amazing - from the new kitchen to the furniture to the living space inside and out. We arrived to a super clean and cozy home. The best part was that the lake and dock was steps away from the home. We used the kayaks and fished all day. Communication was exceptional. I cant say enough about how great this place is, and I have rented several homes in New England - this one is at the top of the list. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

We honestly could not have picked a better property or host for our VRBO over Labor Day weekend. Our host was timely in communication, provided guides and how-to’s before our stay and connected us with the property manager in the local area. Simply one of the best hosts on the platform!The property itself is gorgeous and had plenty of options for us on-site, even though some larger towns are nearby which provide more than enough activity and entertainment. Kayaks and fishing poles kept 3 boys entertained. Board games are aplenty and there are several books available, too. A fire pit and plenty of outdoor space abutted the private dock.The home itself is well-kept and well-appointed. Top of the line appliances throughout and SMART televisions both upstairs and downstairs. The master suite is open, with a large closet that gives way to an expansive bathroom with jetted bathtub and separate shower. Hardwoods throughout, you can sense the pride of ownership of this property.Would highly recommend this property (and host!) to anyone looking for a waterfront property in the Lakes Region of NH. Convenient to I-93 and many locally owned businesses and recreational activities made for an unforgettable weekend!

Every summer we vacation together as a family.. grandparents, grandchildren and parents and our dog and this house suited the 8 of us perfectly! We spent so much time on the pond with the kayaks and paddleboard that was provided. Fishing off the dock proved to be the #1 activity for the boys. All stores and restaurants were only 10-15 minutes away which was convenient. Definitely will be coming back next summer!
