AFFORDABLE AND OCEAN VIEW! Ground floor 1 bedroom condo overlooking the pool

Creston House 8B is a perfect getaway location. The resort is quaint and very well taken care of, you don't get that "overcrowded condo complex" feeling.

The condo has a king size bed in bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa, including all linens needed for a restful night. There is a full kitchen with all cookware, dishes and utensils provided. There is plenty of space to unwind after fun-filled days spent at the beach, sightseeing or golfing. It is an oceanfront complex with a large pool and private beach access. You can enjoy all the amenities or simply relax in the comfort of your own beach front paradise.

The living room is pleasant and roomy, with a 55" TV, and sliding doors leading out to the porch. Step off the porch just a few steps and enjoy a morning dip in the pool, or a few minutes on the private walkway over the dunes to a white sand beach to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the crashing surf of the ocean. It is definitely worth getting up early for, guaranteed! Or just sit back and relax on the porch, maybe enjoying your favorite beverage.

The dining room is just beyond the living room with seating for 4, to enjoy a meal or a rousing game of cards. And if you bring your laptop, which of course we all do, there is a roomy desk ready to spend some Facebook time at, sharing your photos of your stay with your friends, to let them know what a fabulous time you are having. There is free wireless internet throughout your stay.

The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area in this open floor plan design. You'll find everything you need to prepare those meals when you are chilling in, or there are restaurants within walking distance with great food.

When it's finally time to retire after a fun filled day spent enjoying one of the many activities there is to do in St. Augustine, you will sleep soundly in the large, comfy king size bed. You can also enjoy your favorite tv programs as you lie in comfort, watching the 32' flat screen. The sliding door opens to the sound of the waves crashing, lulling you to sleep. The bathroom is modern and clean, and offers a tub/shower combo.

Sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze from this east facing unit with porch overlooking the pool. Easy access to this first floor unit. NO STAIRS!! Just walk out the back slider and you are on your way to the beach!

Creston House Condominium is located in beautiful St Augustine Beach. With so many great things close by, you will never drive more than 10-15 min for anything. The downtown Historic District is 10 minutes away and offers great restaurants, shops, historic sites and the Castillo De San Marcos (FORT) right on the bayfront. The complex is somewhat private and has a very quiet and peaceful setting. It is very well maintained and in all buildings are in great shape. You are sure to enjoy your stay at this condo and on our beautiful beaches!!
Also in March 2016 installed Glenwood Coastal Cypress flooring to complete our remodeling.

Take all garbage to the dumpster.
Return PARKING PASS to Door Key Hook.

We enjoyed the first floor access for easy move in/move out and proximity to the pool (although we never used it due to colder temps) and access to the boardwalk down to the beach. The unit was clean and stocked with all of the items needed for a short stay.

You will find the location relaxing, but also close to Old St. Augustine and downtown attractions. The downtown area is a must see if you have never been. Remodeled the condo in 2017 . Reviews show that renters have enjoyed their stay. You will enjoy it here, so bring your bathing suit and come to St. Augustine!

Why they chose this property

You will find this condo to be one of the best values on the beach. It is as large as most of the 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Ground floor unit. You can load and unload in front door. No Steps! We have a King size bed, a sofa with a queen size bed plus an ottoman that makes a single bed. A short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. Also on site laundry room located in center of complex accepts debit, credit cards.

What makes this property unique

Close to Old Town of St. Augustine yet out just far enough to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores close to condo. Enjoy beautiful Anatastia Island and all the attractions.
