Check in was fast, everything but the floor was spotless, the beds were so so soft and perfect, I wish I had one myself. My only concern was that the listing said it was two bedrooms, which is a bit inaccurate. The twin bed is actually on the back porch so it isn't private or very safe with the back door right there, especially since some of that door in particular needs some handiwork or an extra lock. Overall this is a beautiful well-kept house in a beautiful neighborhood.

Cozy house near everything. Parking is for cars not trucks, but rather then that was a great stay.

Thanks Veronica! You’re right, the shared drive is not wide enough for trucks, and cars need to drive through the shared drive way to the actual parking area. If future truck guests don’t want street parking, this will be a problem.

The hot tub was great with the exception of the racoons trying to crawl over the fencing. Kitchen area was well stocked with the essentials, clean and functional. Our host was very helpful in all areas of our stay. Overall a comfortable weekend.

Great location, 10 min to Emeryville fishing landing. Also about 30 minutes to San Francisco. Overall everything worked well. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Recommend larger frying pan as the medium pan is badly scorched.

Clean room and kitchen. Location was good for exploring the area. Outdoor lighting in both front and back was lacking upon arrival. Driveway to parking spot is extremely narrow. Second bedroom had no lighting whatsoever and cleaning supplies were stored next to bed. It should be noted hot tub is shared with another property and requires advance reservation. On the whole, the place was cute and well stocked with exception of lamps and working outdoor lighting.

Honestly.... I needed an escape and I was so very lucky and happy to have found this amazing place.Not only did the host handle me and answer all of my questions and be extremely polite!!!!!!!!..... They also wished me a happy birthday for my birthday. I've been dealing with a lot of depression and overall stress from work as of late and I just wanted an escape and I was in Paradise for a whole night! Fully stocked kitchen with any equipment you need to cook I made a fantastic meal and made sure to clean up after myself!!!...Thank you so much most definitely plan on renting again before the end of October!!!! And obviously in the future and will be recommending all of my family members and Friends. When it comes right down to it I don't like leaving reviews but I'm taking time out to leave this one it was most definitely worth it I recommend everyone give them a chance!!!!!!!!!!. And the hot tub was amazing !!!! Relaxed me all night thank you so much .

Property is nice and charming updated especially outside gazebo area. Jacuzzi is nice but cover is old peeling pieces fall into jacuzzi when taking cover on and off Quiet but limited parking - driveway too narrow so we didnt use it to park some street parking. Extra bed advertised as a double is only a twin and wasn’t made even though I paid extra guest fee. Only 1 blanket provided to make bed with. Few glasses and dishes only hardly enough. Couch very small not comfortable for adults to sit on Dark entrance needs a light hard to see/dangerous
