Property unit was clean and organized. Pool area was nice, but we only used it once. Location is nice, close but not too close to the busy part of Ali’i Dr.

Nice, clean and walking distance to everything

The place is great, if you don't want to rent a car. Everything is walking distance. We use the BBQ and the pool every night and we were alone and quiet in the pool area

An excellent home base

Newly remodeled studio with everything you might need but didnt have want to pack such as cooler, chairs and towels for the beach. Kitchen well appointed with nice pans and utensils, spices and condiments. Loved the comfortable bed and air conditioning, made it a great place to rest up between adventures.

We fully enjoyed our stay. This place had everything we can think of, even beach chairs and an umbrella! The place was very clean, and the shower, the kitchen, the bed and the location were all great. The owner was very easy to connect and very helpful. There is no ocean view from the apartment, and there is a two-minute walk to the pool. It is a nice pool and free.

Home Away from Home!!

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Vicki’s space. It is fully stocked with everything you could ever need (truly) and the space itself is adorable! We also loved the pool, and the access to the water where we were even able to do some close shore snorkeling! Vicki was so responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We moved on to the other side of the island, and no other Vrbo’s compare to hers! We hope to be back soon :)

Kona dream

Vicki is simply extraordinary, we couldn't have been more enchanted by the condo and how she treated us . First, she offerded us a bottle of wine for our 20th wedding anniversary. The condo has everything you could want and more. The bed is very comfortable and the sunset view from the pool area is breathtaking. Also, the condo is conveniently walking distance from the downtown attractions. We will definitly stay there next time we visit! Thank you Vicki, you are a wonderfull hostest!!!!

Clean, cozy, and welcoming

The manager of the property was so thoughtful! I was there to celebrate my 21st birthday and she left us a bottle of prosecco to help us celebrate. The unit was very clean, and the pool was perfect to watch sunsets from. Property was very clean and organized. Had all the small necessities (zip locks, shampoo, etc) to get you through your stay without having to do extensive shopping. Little far to walk to the main shopping area, but it isn't impossible!

Wonderful again!

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Vicki’s condos and it was just as wonderful the second time around! Everything you need for a week in paradise. Vicki is a wonderful host!! There is we ever need her, but doesn’t intrude either. Of course we never needed her. We will definitely stay there again. We call it our place :o) You won’t regret booking this condo or her other one. (We’ve stayed in both now). Listing is EXACTLY as described. Mahalo!

Great Condo

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our honeymoon. It was supposed to be 5 but we got delayed in Chicago for a day because of weather, and our stay was definitely worth all the hassle of getting there! Vicki was great to communicate with and was easily available if we had any issues or questions. The condo is beautiful and very clean and had all the small necessities you would need. Different types of beach gear (snorkel, beach chairs, beach towels) were located in the unit which made it very convenient for a trip to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here! My husband and I had a great time and would love to stay here again!

Dive Trip

Wonderful little oasis for my dive trip! Condo is accurate as described. Plenty of room. Location to town is great. AC works wonderfully! I love having a full kitchen as I rarely eat out. Just an FYI for those really light sleepers out there (myself included)- the location of the condo backs up Alii drive so you can here the road traffic. It quiets at night so not a big deal and I was up by 7a so wasn't a major problem - if you need to sleep in, bring ear plugs. The owner is easily accessible and answers any questions quickly. Thank you Vicki for a wonderful stay!

Best place in Kona

Excellent accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a whole lot of extras… beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. second time staying here, will return again. Vicki is a super duper hostess with an eye for every detail to make your holiday memorable. Close to all amenities, wonderful pool looking over the ocean making sunsets every night amazing!

What an amazing experience and host (Viki)!!! Viki provided an abundance of information on things to do, places to eat and anything you might want to know in the area. All amenities you could possibly think of where there and ready at our disposal. She even offered accommodation for early check in without us asking. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the property was in close relation to so many things! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Fantastic Cost and Quality

This studio condo had everything we needed for our stay in Kona. The cleanliness and quality of the unit was top-tier, and exceeded any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Vicki was a great host, with effective, excellent communication before and during our rental. We highly recommend this rental, and would look to rent from Vicki again if we were ever back on the island.

Surprised so close to busy road

We enjoyed our stay at Kona Shores, but initially were dismayed with the location of our unit with a busy road right outside the bedroom and the lanai located surrounded by the parking lot. In a little quieter location the space would have been perfect as it was very clean, well stocked and convenient to beaches. Thanks!

Amazing find!

Feels like home

We've stayed at this property many times,the location is great, easy access to downtown. Our contact person Vickie is always just a call away and unit is very well stocked with everything you need. The bed is to die for with a full kitchen. All I can say unit full of ALOHA.
