Home is located in a quiet desirable neighborhood walking distance to Desert Breeze Park. Completely Renovated from inside and out with brand new furniture and appliances. Warm & inviting interior with over 2,400 sqft. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bedroom has a California King, two of the secondary bedrooms are queens and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a aero bed in the middle bedroom closet. Home has desktop with printer/scanner combo, wifi, tv's in all bedrooms, Netflix, HBO, Showtime and a ton more channels! Backyard is a paradise oasis with pool, waterfall, heater, built in bbq and ample seating all throughout the yard.

The home is very welcoming and cheery and the kitchen seems to have everything you would need. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the pool but the backyard is lovely. Nice quiet stay so you can relax when you’re wanting to get away from the strip!

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip to Las Vegas for a tennis tournament. The property was spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds and plush, high-end towels that felt like a luxury hotel experience.The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and gather together. The main living area was just as inviting, featuring a large, comfortable sofa that was perfect for relaxing after long days.The backyard was a standout—beautifully designed with a pool and bar hut that made it feel like a private oasis.The property manager was also excellent—very attentive and communicative both before and throughout our stay, which made everything seamless.

Quiet neighborhood. Great location for doing MORE than just the “Vegas” thing. Close to freeways for getting out to Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and just minutes from Red Rock Canyon. Convenient to regular stores for groceries, fast food, restaurants, etc. House is a little dated but everything worked fine. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have cooked a holiday meal for many without sweating it. Could have used a heads up that shampoo and soaps were not included but not a show-stopper. And of course the Strip is only a few minutes away for all the other stuff that folks like to do.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very spacious bedrooms, and the kitchen is an entertainer's delight. The host is so welcoming and easily available with any questions. There is an Albertsons close by, and the drive into Las Vegas is easy and quick. We are hoping to return in the summer!

Had a wonderful stay with my family at this property. The house was clean and provided ample bedroom linens and bathroom towels. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchen nicely accommodated our family as we enjoy cooking and entertaining. There were areas to gather as a family or enjoy some alone time. The computer was a great addition for us as my husband had to check in with his office periodically. The outside area was lovely for sitting and relaxing. A heated pool would have been a bonus for sure! My only minor grievance was that we tried to reach the owner on arrival in to see if it was possible to check in slightly earlier than 4PM. We communicated by VRBO app, phone and text and never received a response. I would have expected someone to be available had there been a problem with checking in or issues with the house.

Really nice place to stay. About half an hour from strip and old Vegas. About an hour from Hoover Dam. Clean and had all the supplies we needed. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. Would recommend.

We came to Vegas for the Eagles concert. This home was perfect for our stay. We had a small electrical problem, but it the electrician came and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Very happy with this property. Communication could have been a little better, but this is a great property!

Beautiful spacious home! Love the location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Pool is so nice!! And lounging outside was so nice. Kitchen is beautiful and spacious with all the fixings you need to cook up something yummy! Love the grill. Great home.
