Host was quick to respond to all questions and requests we had during our stay. The space was neat and tidy and worked great for a group of 12 girls staying in Nashville. The roof deck was a great touch and we were able to enjoy during the nicer March weather. There are a lot of stairs throughout the space, in case that affects any larger groups. We used the movie room on the last night which was a great and cozy way to end our long weekend. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay - the beds were very comfortable, we loved the rooftop and comfortably slept as a group of 12. There is ample seating and we appreciated the van referral they gave us which made it easy for the full group to ride together to Broadway. The area is quiet, easy access to Broadway and 12S and check in / check out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

This property was incredible! The host was excellent. Everything was close proximity wise and the property was absolutely stunning and perfect for a bachelorette or girls trip. Highly recommended this for your next stay!

Jody was an excellent host, and the home was thoughtfully curated with guests in mind. Everything felt intentional and well-prepared for the number of people it accommodates. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and the overall design of the space felt truly high-end. I would definitely book again!

We loved staying here for my bachelorette trip. Everything was exactly like the pictures! We had so much fun hanging out in the theater room, playing board games. Rooftop was also very nice with lots of things to do and plenty of chairs for everyone to have dinner as a group. I loved that they provided extra towels in each room and nice hair dryer as well. Area felt pretty nice and safe as well and we uber was very affordable to places we needed to go.
