The property is just wonderful and the host exceptional. We were there for our daughter’s wedding weekend and he checked in with us to make sure all was going well. The property is clean and very well appointed. Although across from beach it was quiet at night and the sunsets amazing. Having parking in bldg is a plus. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in for years and very family friendly!

We (7 adults and one kid) stayed at this condo over a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house has everything you need and the location is right across the street from the beach. The host was also responsive to a small issue that popped up and immediately resolved it. I highly recommend staying at this condo!

The condo is lovely, very clean, and well appointed. The ocean and beach views were great. It was a delight to start the day watching the surfers and end the day with a beautiful sunset view. The beach access across the street is convenient. There were plenty of beach items available (chairs, sand toys, beach cart, towels). It is a short walk to the center of Carlsbad. Parking was very convenient with a two car garage. The host, Thane, was very accommodating.

Beautiful home, very clean, easy to access. Great location walk g to many restaurants, across the street to the beach. Tons of beach chairs and umbrellas and towels and a wagon for transport. owner was very helpful quick to answer questions. There is a bit of traffic noise from Carlsbad Blvd when you have the windows open but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiets down later at night. Absolutely loved it.

You can’t beat this - host is very kind and communicative, house is beautiful, right across from the beach, boogie boards and chairs to use. We had a great time!

Thane kept in contact before our arrival and then when we arrived to make sure our stay was seamless. The home’s location was amazing, and the decor and amenities were wonderful; all of which helped contribute to a wonderful wedding weekend for our daughter and her new husband!

Beautiful spot

We loved staying here! The views were amazing, the runs along the beach, the sunsets and the house fit all our needs, coziest beds and had all the little extras! My family said favorite place they've stayed in Carlsbad! We'll be back!
