Pro tip: If you hear Coast Guard sirens, drop everything and look outside. These missions are top secret, so sightings are rare and magical — a once-in-a-lifetime sight! They are more likely to pass on a weekday.

-Do not include dirty pots, pans, or utensils in the dishwasher.
-Turn off all AC units and ceiling fans
-Turn off all lights in every room
-Empty all indoor trash bins (incl bathroom trash cans) into the outdoor garbage cans
-Secure all patio furniture covers
-Clear the beach area of any debris, trash, or towels
-Separate recyclables and place them in the designated recycling bin
Close and lock all windows and doors
Leave the keys in the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
