The units were nice and in a great location. The best part was how amazing the AvantStay service was. I had a number to text them, and they always responded quickly. 10/10 service. I will seek out AvantStay properties in the future.

What a fantastic time my family and friends had attending my commencement this weekend. Milestones are meant to be shared, and what a place. Walking distance to restaurants and bars was a definite plus. Until next time, Nashville.

Perfect amount of space. The bedroom to bathroom ratio was great. The beds were very comfortable. The living furniture was not comfortable at all. Between the 2 houses there was only 1 comfortable chair. There was no dining area in the one unit, and not enough in the other definitely not enough for 12 people, and we only had 10. Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was very walkable - great restaurants and shops. Pet friendly and easy parking. Plenty of space. Responsive and respectful staff via text message which was convenient. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The area was great so many restaurants, easy rides to Broadway. The listing said sleeps 24 but there were only beds for 20 and no pullouts or space for 4 more. The host was not accepting of this concern but after continued urging, a day later finally had 2 air mattresses dropped off but no bedding. All the doors were squeaky, the showers leak water all over the bathroom floor, kitchen missing basic items, deadbolt was broken, no hand towels in the bathrooms, no kitchen linens, spider webs in kitchen pendant lights, lacking towels for 24 people (1 per person for 20 but listing was for 24). We made our own fun and had a great time.

These two apartments were great for our group of 16! Enough bedrooms and beds for everyone. The location is absolutely incredible — close to so many awesome bars and restaurants and a quick ride to Broadway.
