Important Notes

Scottsdale Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. The city enforces strict short-term rental rules, and guests may be responsible for fines resulting from violations. We kindly ask that you respect neighbors and keep outdoor noise minimal during quiet hours.

Pool Safety: No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Child safety locks are installed on all sliding doors leading to the pool area. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly (Wednesdays). Pool heating is weather- and equipment-dependent; while we respond quickly to any issues, same-day repairs are not always possible.

Please note: The refrigerator does not have an ice maker; ice trays are provided.
