Why they chose this property

This neighborhood sits in a sweet spot — close enough to Old Town, golf, restaurants, and spring training that nothing feels far, but residential enough that you can actually unwind when you come back. Chaparral Park is five minutes away if the group needs space to run around. Most guests end up spending more time at the house than they expected — which is kind of the point.

What makes this property unique

Stayguaro was designed around the idea that people spend the best parts of a trip together. Instead of separate spaces where everyone disappears, the layout naturally keeps groups connected — the kitchen opens into the games area, the backyard has multiple ways to spend time outside, and there's usually something going on without anyone having to organize it.
