Fully Renovated Mid-Century Getaway
Completely remodeled in 2024, this is a stylish and comfortable midcentury beauty! Just under 2000 square feet, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus den comes with everything you could want for a wonderful stay in Indian Wells.
THE LIVING SPACE
This private, light-filled home has floor to ceiling windows overlooking green space and the Santa Rosa mountains. The large master bedroom has a California King bed with luxurious linens, ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds, a rollaway in the closet, and its own patio. There are whisper-quiet ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as a newer AC unit to keep things cool. The den is a cozy, comfortable get-away, stocked with a web-enabled TV, books, games and jigsaw puzzles. The kitchen is brand new, with all new appliances, including a refrigerator with its own beverage center. It has beautiful quartz countertops, tons of cupboard space, and is fully stocked with everything a chef could need.
The spacious outside patio has a BBQ, a new couch with two swivel chairs, and a chaise lounge with fabulous mountain views. One of the complex’s six pools is close by and is heated during the winter months. A jasmine-filled patio off both bathrooms leads to a separate laundry room and storage area, complete with pool toys and beach towels for your use.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Casa Dorado is a quiet, peaceful gated community, filled with beautiful landscaping, citrus trees, walking paths and water features. There are six pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts (one with pickleball) and a four hole pitch and putt. The community is perfectly situated between El Paseo shopping and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, as well as having world-class golf courses, tennis, dining, shopping and spas nearby.
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Weekly rentals not available due to HOA restrictions.
