Unit 008 - Sea Horsin Around. This house now has an ELEVATOR. You'll want to stay here again and again when you visit quiet Dauphin Island for your beach getaway. Located right on Bienville Blvd with gorgeous views of the gulf and sound, this newer-construction home on Dauphin Island's West end is pet-friendly and has the perfect accommodations for your group. Large kitchen is well-stocked with ample dishes and equipment with dining accommodations for 6 + 3 barstools at the breakfast bar. Every tenant leaves well-rested and rejuvenated thanks to king & queen pillow top beds in 2nd two bedrooms and king sleep number bed in the master. This house now has two roll-away beds providing sleeping arrangements of 8. Laundry facilities located within the 2nd bathroom prove super convenient Master bath is adjoined to the Master bedroom, and both bathrooms feature shower/tub combos. Full-size back deck with grill, and smaller front deck with Adirondack chairs is covered and perfect for morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Each bedroom is equipped with flat screen televisions and the living area has one as well. The living area also has a sleeper sofa. This home also offers high speed internet. Short, short walk across the street to the uncrowded Gulf of Mexico beaches.

Lovely property, very clean and tidy. The cargo lift was a plus, especially with a handicapped guest. The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to prepare a meal, plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The only thing I would add would be to have a few extra blankets for colder nights. There were plenty of extra pillows and towels, but no extra blankets.Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoying life through a Pandemic and Racial Tension

My husband and I, and my guest are all 40+, Professional, African Americans that come together once a year to celebrate our Anniversaries, Love and Life! None have a crimi al record and come from good families! I said all that to say, my husband and I have been to Dauphin Island and Gulf Shores three times in a role, and have never experienced any issues with the law. Well this trip, my husband along with the other black males were in the car in front of the beach house we were in, and the police kept rolling by, and then parked a house down and just watched them as if they were doing something, then my husband got out of the car and looked at he finally drove off. Then all of a sudden the owner shows up to the house which has never happened saying he was bringing us a corn hole game, and he was staying next door to us. This made us feel uncomfortable as if someone called him or we were being watched. Then on the 4th of July, people were shooting fireworks all over the place, so we all set out with our wines and drinks enjoying the night as always. Then someone next door caught the grass on fire and the police and fire department came out. They were very rude and was implying that it was us which was disturbing because we did nothing! The man basically told my cousin to stop speaking, which could have ended badly, but my husband calmed him down because we had already been accused so just take the warning and let's try to enjoy our last night. Since I knew the owner was next door, I spoke to him and his wife and they said we know you guys did nothing because we saw you guys just looking at the fireworks just like we were. They were nice and understanding, so we chalked up the night, played corn hole, played card games and sung Kareoke until we went to bed. Overall we enjoyed the beach, our house rental and most of the people we came in contact with. But with trying to follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 and Racial Tensions being high we were already reluctant to come to a predominantly white community, so it was very disappointing to have the end of our trip be met with the things we already feared. I'm just glad we all are returning home safe and overall had a great time, so we will rent again not on Dauphin Island but in Hawaii 2021. I think we need a change of scenery and atmosphere, especially after the chain of events we experienced on our last day..

Good view of the beach and has an elevator to help get everything up to the house. Dog friendly! Unfortunately, sheets were not clean, the passcoded lock does not work well & the coffee pot needs replacing. Otherwise, loved our stay.

Pandemic getaway

This property is in an excellent location views of ocean and sound. House offers all the cooking utensils and pots/pans needed for cooking. Crockpot, toaster, blender, coffee pot etc... suggest you bring all the food and supplies you need they are limited and expensive on the island. There is a gas grill and 1 beach chair on the property. Overall had a great experience and hope to return!

Good for the price

Check in process was easy, most of the cooking necessities were there. However, the cleanliness was questionable. There was dust on many surfaces and leftover items in nooks throughout the house, specifically the laundry area. The linens for the fold away beds were less than to be desired and only one comforter set available, so we had to purchase heavy blankets. The charcoal grill was molded, so we decided not to use it. The location was wonderful though and Dauphin Island has become our favorite beach spot!

Very clean and nicely decorated and I appreciated the amenities provided for my stay. Needs some repair on the master bed (sleep Number) but otherwise nice. Within walking distance to beach on ocean or bay side. ACP Rentals was great to work with as well and very accommodating.

We stayed four nights and had an absolute blast. The gulf beach was a very short walk across Bienville Blvd and the house itself had gulf views in the front and bay views in the rear. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked dinner twice while there and there were plenty of dishes and seating for everyone. We would stay here again without any reservations.

Great Beach Home

The House was well located on Dauphin Island, with easy access to the beach and some beautiful views. Had a great time as it was 8 friends down for the labor day weekend. We cooked our on meals as kitchen amenities were supplied by the owner. Was like being at home with beach views. The only downfall with this beautiful house is the bedding, as everyone complained about the mattresses, which is in need of being replaced. Other than that perfect!!!
